Common questions about Ayios StateLink — what it is, how it works, and how it pairs with Ayios.
Ayios StateLink is a RoState / RoCommunity-focused suite designed for roleplay ecosystems that need consistency, accountability, and control. It’s built on the Ayios foundation, but tuned for RoState workflows (departments, logging, standards, and moderation).
Ayios is the general-purpose moderation provider (Discord and Roblox). StateLink is aimed at RoStates / roleplay communities and adds RoState-focused features.
Generally, StateLink is designed to work alongside Ayios — not replace it.
Right now, StateLink may include Discord moderation features depending on server configuration. Over time, Discord-first moderation will live in Ayios, while StateLink focuses on RoState context and workflow tooling.
Think of it like: Ayios enforces, StateLink informs — and they can be used together.
StateLink will always have ultrabans built-in.
Yes — StateLink is designed with RoStates/RoCommunity/roleplay games in mind. You can bring Roblox context into Discord (and vice versa) depending on the integrations you enable.
Not always — but your using them together is the intended “full ecosystem” setup. Ayios provides moderation and community management solutions at the highest level. StateLink adds RoState-specific features on top of that. If you want to combine Ayios with StateLink, you'll get the best of both worlds.
StateLink is designed to be free at its core, with advanced capabilities available by default where possible. If paid features exist later, they’ll be clearly labeled and won’t break basic functionality. If you're using a free feature and it suddenly becomes paid, we'll either give you a premium key for free or give you special privileges to use that feature at no cost.
No. StateLink communities are kept separate from one another. For instance, Community A can ultraban (ban across all related Discord servers) someone -- but that only affects Community A, not Community B. The same applies for all other features, whether they be a Roblox ban, Discord ban, or something else.

Department logging covers RoState operations like promotions, terminations, LOAs, activity standards, unit paging, status changes, and other events you'd want recorded.
We'll try. While StateLink is meant to be flexible, if we deem your use case too unimportant, we may not add it. We try our best to accomodate everyone -- from small communities to large ones.
Please keep in mind, if we add something, typically everyone who uses StateLink will be able to use the same feature. We prefer not to work on something and gatekeep it for one community only.
Start by inviting StateLink, then join the Discord if you want help with setup and best practices.
Unfortunately, using StateLink to moderate your Roblox game does require approval. To ensure you own the game you want to moderate, you must provide us the list of Place IDs you want Ayios StateLink to moderate. You will also need to connect your Roblox and Discord account before you use StateLink. We generally only require that you abide by the Ayios Terms of Service and Privacy Policy if you use Ayios StateLink.
If you need help with anything, or if one of your questions weren't answered here, join the Ayios StateLink Discord and talk to us! We'll help you as best we can.
